マイクロロボットファクトリーの構築と実用化を目指して微動機構、マイクロマニピュレータおよびセンサーの開発やそれらの駆動方法や精密誘導方法などについて研究しています。最近は海外の研究室との交流も積極的に行い、マイクロメカトロ技術を体験し、また他国の人たちとコミニュケーションできるように環境を整備しています。

"Micro Robots Factory" and its applications to precision industries and micro bio-medical engineering are on going development. In order to establish this unique facility, micro manipulation, micro sensor and actuator are also designed and investigated. Recently the international collaboration projects and programs are introduced to provide the chance of global senses under the remote meeting and experiments system.
